Main Component and Application
This type of powder coating is prepared from epoxy and polyester resin. It is used in the coating for indoor products, such as automobile hub, furniture, household appliances, sports equipment, toys, hardware machinery, store shelves, industrial equipment and so on.
Products Series
Products of different gloss and colours are available: high gloss (above 90°), flat gloss (70-80°), semi gloss (10-60°), and matt (below 10°). And provide sand textured, wrinkle, hammer, rain patterns, moire, crack, textured, point spread, transparency and other art textured powder coating.
Curing Condition
190ºC (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes

Storage and shipment
The product must be stored in ventilated, dry and clean room with temperature below 25oC, Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Outdoor stacking is prohibited. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment.
Health and safety
There are no hazardous ingredients contained. Wearing anti-dust mask and goggles to avoid inhalation of dust. Try best to avoid longtime contact with powder. The coating adhesive to the skin can be washed with soap.
